Wheat Dosa 🍁

Dosa, the most popular snack and meal is one of the most light, healthy (sort of) and delicious recipe one could ever think of. Adding to that, I have another simple dosa recipe this time even healthier - with wheat. Who would have thought of wheat in dosa. Completely genius idea of whoever invented this yummy and healthy option of our breakfast and eventually any meal.

Let's come straight to the recipe. For the wheat dosa all we need is -:
 ° 1 cup Wheat Flour
 ° ⅓ cup sooji (rawa)
 ° ½ cup Curd/Buttermilk
 ° Salt to taste
° ⅓ tsp Red chilli powder (totally optional)
 ° ½ tsp Oil
 ° 1 packet of Eno/baking powder

In a bowl add - wheat flour, sooji, salt, red chilli Powder and mix until everything is combined.
Now add curd/buttermilk and again mix now slowly add water to the mixture and keep on mixting until a semi liquid batter is formed or the batter becomes (dosa like consistency) and leave the batter for 15 minutes

If you are using Eno then add a sachet of Eno to the mixture and mix once all is mixed add oil to the batter.

And, If you are using baking powder then, add the baking powder and leave the batter to rest for about 30 minutes. Later that, add oil to the batter.

Your batter is ready, heat the tawa and grease it with oil and add splash of water to the pan and wipe with a clean cloth. Now, add the batter forming a circle like dosa and add your desired filling.

Serve hot with coconut chutney and Enjoy your healthy and delicious breakfast.
